B. PRAYER FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE

Please pray with me....

Dearest Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit

This morning I want to pray for substance abuse in South Africa.

1. Lord, touch the hearts, minds and souls of every alcohol and drug abuser in South Africa so that they would turn around and serve You!

2. Heal them emotionally from their top to their toes Lord so that they will not want to drink and use drugs anymore.

3. Make the alcohol and drugs bitter so that they would not even want to put it in their bodies once more!

4. Send one of Your children on the road of the alcohol and drug abusers so that we can talk to them and show them the right path.

5. Open the hearts, minds and souls of the alcohol and drug abusers to see the damage they are causing to their families.

6. Open the hearts, minds and souls of the abusers so that they will see that they are going on a downward path and that they need You in their lifes!!!

7. Please stop the Nigerians, drug suppliers and alcohol suppliers. Follow them until they give their hearts to You! Teach them Lord that they can use their brilliant minds rather to do better business in South Africa.

8. Please change the hearts, minds and sousl of every abusive person in South Africa, so that they will know that God knows what they are doing and that they will stop abuse and rather serve You.

9. We cry and pray in labour Lord for people whose life's and brains is being destroyed by all the substances that they use. Please don't let them go astray, but touch them right there where they are!!!!

10. Change our court systems Lord so that punishment would be stricter and that people would know that discipline and order has once again come back to South Africa.

11. I bind the mind of every person in South Africa that is abusing substances, so that they would only listen to Your voice and stop what they are doing.

12. Heal their pain, their heartache and show them that YOU ARE THE ANSWER NO MATTER WHAT THE QUESTION IS!!!

13. I pray for every family that is affected by alcohol and drug

abuse. Father, give them the strength to say enough is enough and get away from these abusive relationships thus stopping the abuse to spread to their kids.

14. I pray for the children of substance abusers Lord. Please send Your angels to protect them.

15. Pull a blanket of protection over every child that is living in

an abusive family!!

16. Lord, please set the substance abusers free from the spirit of alcohol and drug abuse that has taken their lives over.

17. I plead with You in labour that You will start to sweep over

every person in South Africa from Cape Town, through South Africa and right through Africa. Holy Spirit, come down from heaven and give us Your revival!!

18. Bless every alcohol and drug abuser in South Africa and their families in the Name of Jesus, and change their hearts around so that they will rather serve You, repent their sins and fill them with Your fruit of the Spirit.

19. Lord, I pray for .... name... that is an alcohol or drug abuser. (Pray what you want here)

I ask this in the wonderful Name of Jesus and just want to say that I love You.
