Go an buy yourself baby nappies - something like Pampers, Huggies or even cheaper makes. !! Why??? Baby nappies was designed to catch up ... urine and lots of it! This is why it is so effective in combatting your leaking bladder. It really, really works!!!!!
How do I know this? I was waring sanitary pads. One day my pads was finished before I could get to town. I was desperate for a solution. Then I saw the nappies taht I bought for my grandchild when she stayed over one night. Out of sheer desperation I used one! THIS WAS THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME!!!!

A little bit of advice for fitting the nappy!
It will be best if you sit on the toilet or on a bed if you want to fit the nappy. First put on your panty and keep it at your knees. Then fit the nappy comfortable into the panty. Now pull up the panty. Stand up from the bed or toilet. From the front and back you can now pull the nappy until there is no creases and it fits like a charm!!
And there you are ... ready to take on the world - with a lot of confidence!! And please do not worry... nobody will be able to see that you wear a nappy! So if you don't tell, nobody will know!!😃
What size nappy do I buy?
Number 5 nappy fits very comfortable, especially over the bud area. But I suggest you borrow a nappy or buy one at a time, if you can, just to get the right size for you!!
Changing and other advice!!
Nappies can take a lot of urine - which is true - but... when you are old your urine has a stronger smell than a baby's. So changing when the nappy is full or wet is of the utmost importance.
I suggest you buy yourself baby wipes or something like Nova wet towels. Be sure to buy wipes with a flip top. It keeps the moisture in for longer.
Please wipe yourself everytime you go to the toilet, especially if there is a little bit of urine on the nappy. This urine can become VERY irritating. Keep your wipes in your bathroom or in your handbag when you visit friends or family. This is a lifesaver!!!
